SCIR
Public-record crypto and VDA intelligence, India first, gradually going global.
SCIR is the project code and acronym only on this public surface. It is not expanded as a crime registry of persons. Stablecoin is a strategic rail lens, not a claim that every row is USDT.
What it is
SCIR files and grades public documents about crypto-linked matters in India, tracking how enforcement, policy, and payment rails play out over time. Published findings appear in the Research section.
The underlying API and the premium knowledge graph are private. What is public here is the documented, graded record, not the systems behind it.
SCIR's graded documents also feed BlockIntel's data enhancement plans, and the same system ships separately as its own product for special departments.
The public system rolls out in phases; broader access opens in a later stage as more of the record is filed and graded. Coverage is India first today, with a global build planned next.
What, why, and what this is not
- What
- Public documents about crypto-linked matters in India, filed and graded.
- Why
- Watch patterns in enforcement, policy, and payment rails over time, without rumor-only claims.
- Not
- A guilt score, a full cyber-crime census, or proof that tax figures are USDT totals.
SCIR's API, demos, and premium knowledge graph are not self-serve. Law enforcement agencies requesting access should use the contact page with an official email address. There is no public signup.
